For over 40 years, Venture Coy has been creating scenes ranging from wildlife to ships to Idaho landscapes. His primary medium is oils but he has been known to work with others. Mr. Coy has art work in many corporate and private collections both in this country and overseas, and include such local locations as United Heritage, Blue Cross, Wells Fargo, Key Bank, St. Lukes Regional Medical Center and the Boise Heart Clinic. He has had four one man shows at locations that include Browns Gallery in Boise and First Street Gallery in Eagle. He has received several Ducks Unlimited awards and the Idaho Blue Bird License Plate was designed by him.
